We are aware that events in themselves are not sustainable. However, this is precisely why we strive to do our part to ensure that the impact of events is kept as low as possible. We have introduced a number of measures to make events at our location more sustainable. For example, we work closely with regional service providers and suppliers to ensure short transportation routes and support for the local economy. To reduce our carbon footprint, we also rely on energy-efficient and resource-saving event technology. Sustainability is also important to us when it comes to catering. When selecting our dishes, we therefore focus on regional and seasonal foods as well as vegetarian and vegan alternatives to promote a sustainable diet. We also use reusable tableware to conserve resources and avoid harmful single-use plastic.
