The event location amSee Leipzig is located in a decommissioned ship, the floor space of which has been extended by annexes. This provides you with several beautiful rooms and areas for your event. Important note: Our rental offer always includes the entire location. It is not possible to rent individual rooms due to local conditions.

Outdoor area & terrace

Our large outdoor area with terrace is popular with our guests all year round. In summer, delicious BBQs are held here, and you and your guests can also relax in the large outdoor lounge. The lakeside terrace is particularly interesting for wedding couples and is also used for free wedding ceremonies.

Bar & Dancefloor

The winter garden

Our winter garden in the annex in front of the ship’s hull serves primarily as a bar and dance floor. The room was extensively renovated in 2022 and has an absolute highlight bar, state-of-the-art sound technology and other new fixtures. Grab a delicious drink at the bar, make yourself comfortable on the window seats and enjoy the view of the lake through the many large windows.

Lounge in the hull

The lounge is located directly behind the conservatory in the actual hull of the old barge. Our lounge is usually used for the buffet. You can also easily set up a candy bar or a photo box here.

Unique ambience

The upper deck

The lovingly renovated upper deck is the heart of our location. Equipped with banquet tables and chairs, it is the ideal place for your elegant dinner. This room is suitable for up to 96 people. From here you can also enjoy a fantastic view over the lake and the surrounding recreational area.

Celebrating on the bow

The bow terrace

Thanks to the wooden planks, railings and fresh sea air, the terrace adjoining the upper deck is perfect for all maritime enthusiasts. You can use the large terrace for a free wedding ceremony as well as for an outdoor dinner or lounge.
