Outdoor area & terrace

Our large outdoor area with terrace is popular with our guests all year round. In summer, delicious BBQs are held here, and you and your guests can also relax wonderfully in the large outdoor lounge. Especially interesting for wedding couples is the lakeside terrace, which is used among other things for free wedding ceremonies.

By the way: Whether for a sundowner in summer or in winter with mulled wine at the warming fire bowl: Here you can enjoy the most beautiful sunsets in Leipzig all year round!

Winter garden

Our winter garden is one of the most versatile rooms in the location. The ship’s annex serves not only as a centrally accessible buffet room, but in the evening primarily as a bar and dance floor. The room was extensively renovated in 2022 and now features an absolute highlight bar, state-of-the-art sound technology and other new fixtures. Grab a tasty drink at the bar, make yourself comfortable on the new window seats and enjoy the view of the lake through the many floor-to-ceiling windows.

Lounge

Pure relaxation where heavy machinery used to do their duty: That’s what our lounge offers you! This area is located directly behind the winter garden in the actual hull of the old barge. You can use our lounge flexibly as you wish, for example as a room for the buffet or as a networking space. Treat yourself to a good glass of wine or a cocktail at the bar in the adjacent winter garden and enjoy the unique atmosphere in our ship’s lounge.

Upper deck & bow terrace

The lovingly renovated upper deck is the heart of our location. Equipped with banquet tables and chairs, it is the ideal place for your elegant dinner. This room is suitable for up to 100 people. By the way, from here you can also enjoy a fantastic view over the lake and the surrounding recreation area.

On the adjacent upper deck terrace, thanks to wooden planks, railing and fresh sea air, all lovers of the maritime get their money’s worth. The large terrace directly on the upper deck can be used for a free wedding ceremony as well as for an outdoor dinner or lounge.
