Checklist for your planning
Here you will find a practical overview with all the important steps for working with our location. From the moment you sign the contract until after the big day – we show you what needs to be done and when. So you have everything in view and can relax and plan your wedding!

Our start together
Have you signed your offer and fixed the date? Wonderful, then you have secured your desired date at amSee Leipzig!
These are the next steps:
- As soon as the date is set, you can send out the save-the-date or invitation cards.
- if you have booked your registration website through us, we will create it now so that your guests can easily register online
- Please discuss with us now whether you would like to book the DJ and/or photographer through our location. You shouldn't wait too long, as good service providers are usually fully booked a year in advance during the peak season.
Details, details ...
2-3 months before
Now it’s getting serious… 2 to 3 months before your big day, we meet with you at the location for a detailed discussion and go through the entire day of the event – including the desired buffet, drinks requests, procedures, etc.
That is important now:
- you already have concrete ideas about the daily schedule
- we discuss your choice of food
- give externally booked service providers our contact details so that they can coordinate with us
- if you still need a shuttle service for the event night, this should be organized now at the latest
- The 70% prepayment invoice is due 30 days before your wedding - so we need as concrete a number of people as possible by then
Final arrangements
10-14 days before
In the last two weeks before the event, only the final fine-tuning is required.
That is important now:
- The service providers commissioned by you (e.g. florist, DJ/artist, children's mobile, photographer) should coordinate with us now at the latest when they will deliver and collect and what else should be taken into account if necessary
- If your witnesses are still planning surprises for which additional equipment is to be delivered or placed, they should coordinate with us about 14 days in advance
- Have you booked a photo box through us? Then the template for it is now being created and approved
The tension rises
1 day before
Now everything is planned and the big day is just around the corner. If there is no event today, we will meet at the ship for the final preparations by prior arrangement.
That is important today:
- if there is no event at the location, you or your best man, decorator etc. can come by today to decorate
- The location team will be happy to answer any questions you may have about where things can be placed.
Important: If another event is taking place at amSee the day before, the decorations will be set up directly on the wedding day. Our team will be there early in the morning by prior arrangement so that your decoration team or a professional decorator can prepare everything before the ceremony starts.

On the wedding day
The big day has finally arrived! A perfectly prepared ambience by the water awaits you at the amSee location. Our team will take care of every detail so that you can concentrate fully on your special day. Everything is ready to make your dream wedding come true. You can look forward to a smooth process, delicious food and unforgettable moments in a breathtaking setting.

After the wedding
After your unforgettable wedding day at the amSee location, you can devote yourselves entirely to reminiscing.
While you look back on the best moments, there are still some final organizational things to do:
- Have you taken everything from the location - equipment, gifts and flowers? If anything is missing, let us know and come by to pick it up.
- Service providers that you have commissioned and who are still collecting materials will usually do so the day after your wedding after consultation with us.
- You pay your final bill up to 10 days after the party
After that, all that’s left for you to do is enjoy the many wonderful memories!
