In this article, we reveal everything that has been modernized and what our event guests can look forward to from now on. \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-ba393be elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"ba393be\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Conversion with challenges<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-dadb715 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"dadb715\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>As if a comprehensive location conversion in Corona times wasn&#8217;t difficult enough, we had to deal with a very special building structure. Anyone who already knows us knows that the event location amSee is located in a <a href=\"https:\/\/amsee-leipzig.de\/en\/the-history-of-the-ms-frieda\/\">decommissioned barge<\/a>. That means 100-year-old ship steel and all kinds of other challenges. But that shouldn&#8217;t stop us from really turning our ship inside out.   <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-a42732a elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"a42732a\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">New floors ...<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-d0c96c5 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"d0c96c5\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Previously, a tiled floor welcomed our guests in the conservatory and on the lower level. It dated back to gray times and didn&#8217;t match the rest of the event location at all. To give the floor a high-quality look, however, everything had to be removed from the first floor &#8211; and by that we really mean everything! Not just the furniture, but also all the fixtures and fittings that reached down to the floor. The new concrete-look floor was then poured. The enormous effort was worth it, because the difference from before is really impressive.     <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-d5c7035 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"d5c7035\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">... and a completely modified conservatory<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-5b2b06c elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"5b2b06c\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tThe winter garden has undergone the biggest changes. The most striking of these is certainly our new central bar on the wall facing the hull. First of all, a new passageway to the kitchen had to be created &#8211; no small feat with a steel structure that is over 100 years old. The wall next to the new passageway was not only refaced &#8211; we also took the opportunity to integrate recessed shelves with lighting and build a large bar in front of it. We are completely delighted with the result and the initial feedback from our guests proves us right. There are also new handmade benches above the heating at the large window front. Our guests can now relax here with a drink and watch the sunset over Lake Kulkwitz. The old platform next to the passageway to the lounge has also been removed to create an event and dance floor at ground level. We think the new conservatory is simply fantastic and hope that you will also feel at home there.    <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-3fbd8fe elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"3fbd8fe\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Even more indoor and outdoor conversion work<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-b0a25ab elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"b0a25ab\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>The renovation of the location did not just take place in the conservatory, of course, but also in many other areas in front of and behind the scenes. For example, a handmade new checkroom has been installed in the ship&#8217;s hull with plenty of space for jackets and coats. Our preparation kitchen in the stern has also been remodeled again in recent weeks and months and supplemented with new equipment. This means that our caterers and service staff now have even better conditions to ensure the physical well-being of our guests.   <\/p><p>We have also been busy building the outside area of our event location in recent weeks. The old half-height wall that surrounded our terrace was getting on in years. It was removed in recent weeks and replaced with a slightly higher steel-reinforced concrete wall. Together with new plants, lighting and flex tents, our bow terrace now looks even better and offers plenty of comfort for upcoming events.   <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div
